TOA

TOA was founded in 1934 in Kobe, Japan and is now one of the world's leading manufacturers of public address, voice alarm, intercom and professional audio products.

TOA began as a manufacturer of microphones & when Japan hosted the Olympic games in 1964 TOA broadcast sound equipment was used in almost all Olympic venues. Over the years, TOA has supplied public address equipment and loudspeakers for many prestigious venues such as the Kobe Wing Stadium, Wimbledon Tennis Courts and the Taipei 101 building.

Many people will know the TOA brand for their horn loudspeakers and for their widely used press to talk paging microphone. However, TOA have invested heavily in research and design which has led to a number of groundbreaking products not only for the PA industry but also for touring sound, theatre & studio use and even disaster broadcasting speakers used in earthquake warning systems.
