Welcome to our sunny August 2026 edition of the Commercial Audio Newsletter! Lots to great new kit to tell you about this month, including new amps from Bose and some very clever multi-channel amps from Ecler that can be your DSP matrix too. Check out the IP addressable Dante speakers from US company Soundtube.

New BOSE Veritas Class D, DSP Amps with Bluetooth.

Bose have introduced four new amplifier models with the Veritas series of compact, Class D, DSP amps with Bluetooth. There are two ½ rack width mixer amplifiers and two 1U higher output mixer amplifiers to choose from. All four Bose Veritas amps include DSP settings for a range of Bose loudspeakers.
The range consists of the following models:
- Bose Veritas 250BL, offering 2 x 50w into 4 ohms
- Bose Veritas 110BH, offering 1 x 100w into 100v/70v line
- Bose Veritas 2160BL, offering 2 x 160w into 4 ohms
- Bose Veritas 2160BH, offering 2 x 160w into 100v/70v line
Soundtube IP Addressable Dante Loudspeakers

The SoundTube Audio over IP (AoIP) IPD speaker lineup integrates Dante and AES67 networking to deliver digital audio, power, and control via a single CAT5 or CAT6 ethernet cable. Each loudspeaker offers 40w of POE power and with surface mounted cabinets, flush mount ceiling speakers, suspended pendants and even in ground loudspeakers, the range utilises Soundtube’s wide dispersion technology and excellent sound quality.
These IP-addressable endpoint units feature onboard amplification, decentralized DSP, and proprietary PoE capabilities for simplified and cost-effective individual speaker control.
Ecler DARA Networkable Amplifiers

The Ecler DARA amplifier series are networkable, four-channel Class D power amplifiers engineered for versatile commercial audio installations. They provide adaptable power delivery across both Low Impedance (LoZ) and High Impedance (HiZ) systems.
They combine high-efficiency Class D amplification with advanced DSP and matrix processing, supporting both Low- and High-Impedance configurations per channel pair, as well as Bridge mode for maximum versatility.
DARA Software is a web server–based management suite that enables fast setup, intuitive routing, per-channel control, remote access, and real-time system monitoring, streamlining installation and operation.
The series includes four models, scaling in power output to accommodate different venue sizes:
- Ecler DARA-4B900: Delivers 4 x 900W RMS @ 4Ω / 100V / 70V, or 2 x 1600W @ 8Ω Bridged.
- Ecler DARA-4B600: Delivers 4 x 600W RMS @ 4Ω / 100V / 70V, or 2 x 1200W @ 8Ω Bridged.
- Ecler DARA-4B300: Delivers 4 x 300W RMS @ 8Ω / 4Ω / 2Ω / 100V / 70V, or 2 x 600W @ 4Ω / 8Ω Bridged.
- Ecler DARA-4B150: Delivers 4 x 150W RMS @ 8Ω / 4Ω / 2Ω / 100V / 70V, or 2 x 300W @ 4Ω / 8Ω Bridged.
AURI - Auracast BLE Assistive Listening

Auri, from Listen Technologies, uses Auracast Bluetooth Low Energy technology for assistive listening on a one to many basis. Auri is the first complete solution to let venues and end users adopt Auracast technology for assistive listening in public places.
With exceptional coverage, AURI transmits high-quality, low-latency audio direct to the user via AURI receivers eliminating background noise and room echo. In the future users will be able to receive the broadcast via Auracast enabled hearing Aids or smart devices which are gradually being introduced.

SigNET Small Area Induction Loop Kits

This self contained assistive hearing induction loop kit is based around the wall mountable SigNET PDA103 induction loop amplifier which utilises an efficient Class D amp and is ideal for any application requiring restricted or a small coverage area of up to 50m² (7m x 7m). Also included is a microphone or input lead, depending on which kit you choose.

SigNET PDA200E
Meeting Room Loop Amplifier
The Signet PDA200E wall mounting induction loop amplifier for assistive listening, uses the latest energy efficient class D technology. This new version is much more compact, measuring just 228mm wide, 155mm high and 42mm deep, and is around half the size and weight of its predecessor. They have have reintroduced facilities like direct 100v line input which will allow feeds from commercial loudspeaker circuits and it is designed to drive a perimeter loop of up to 200m2 (14m x 14m) in free space areas with low metal content. It comes with two balanced line level inputs, one balanced microphone input with 12v phantom power. Signet's proprietary outreach plate inputs allow for expansion of its number of inputs.
SigNET Portable, Rechargeable, Induction Loop Amp

The SigNET PL1/K1 portable induction loop kit includes the SigNET PL1 rechargeable portable induction loop amplifier, PSU plugtop charger, 'loop available' sticker and sturdy wall mounted storage shelf.
The PL1 portable loop amp is ideal for temporary assistive listening use when a person wearing a hearing aid needs face to face customer contact at a desk or counter. This portable induction loop amp can be easily moved to the position required offering a simple way to ensure compliance with all necessary legislation. The built in microphone and rechargeable battery means that no permanent installation or wiring is required.

The AMC iLive wireless microphone systems are easy to set up with automatic channel synchronization and automatic frequency selection. Available with a choice of hand held microphone or beltpack transmitter with either a lapel mic or headset mic. There are 11 selectable channels on the Channel 70 version, 4 of which are intermodulation free.
The receiver features a high brightness LCD display with indications for RF / AF level, mute, selected channel or frequency, transmitter battery status, active antenna, volume level and lock function. Balanced XLR connectors and unbalanced 6.3mm TS jack connectors.

Clearance - DAP Audio SS-105 Pendant Speakers
The DAP SS-105 pendant loudspeaker offers wide dispersion and is ideal for suspension from high ceilings for great coverage.
Designed for 100 Volt line commercial audio systems, the SS-105 suspended speaker is rated at 10 Watts RMS with power tappings on the transformer at 2.5, 5 and 10W.
This compact design ball speaker measures 180mm in diameter, it's fitted with a 5" driver and is water resistant, rated IP55.
